1. Meeting called to order according to Chapter 19.84 of the Wisconsin State Statutes.

3. Approve Minutes: August 18, 2026, and August 31, 2026, Meeting Minutes.
4. Public Comments: Public comments are limited to five (5) minutes and will be limited to issues that have an impact on the Chippewa Fire District. An exception to the five (5) minute limit may be made at the discretion of the Fire Board Chairman. The Fire Board may discuss but cannot act on public comments.
5. Old Business:
A. Discuss/Act on the Preliminary 2027 Fire District Budget.
B. Discuss/Act on recommendation to hire an EMS Coordinator for Chippewa County.
C. Discuss/Act on Selecting a Billing Company for 2027.

Posted at the Village of Lake Hallie/Public Safety Building, Lafayette Fire Station/Town Hall, and Howard Town Hall. Commission and Board members for the Village of Lake Hallie, Town of Hallie, Lafayette, and Howard may be in attendance to observe the Board Meeting. If there are more than three Commission members present from the Town and Village, this may create a quorum. Such a quorum is unintended, and the non-members are not meeting for the purpose of exercising the responsibility, authority, power, or duties of any other Board or Commission.
