1. Meeting called to order according to Chapter 19.84 of the Wisconsin State Statutes.

4. Public Comments: Public comments are limited to three (3) minutes. An exception to the three (3) minute limit may be made at the discretion of the Fire Commission President. The Fire Commission cannot discuss or act on public comments.

Posted at the Chippewa Herald, Eau Claire Leader, Village of Lake Hallie/Public Safety Building, Lafayette Fire Station/Town Hall, and Howard Town Hall. Board members for the Village of Lake Hallie, Town of Hallie, Lafayette, and Howard may be in attendance to observe the Commission Meeting. If there are more than three Board members present from each Town and Village, this may create a quorum. Such a quorum is unintended, and the non-members are not meeting for the purpose of exercising the responsibility, authority, power, or duties of any other Board.
