Posted at the Village of Lake Hallie/Public Safety Building, Lafayette Fire Station/Town Hall, and Howard Town Hall. Commission and Board members for the Village of Lake Hallie, Town of Hallie, Lafayette, and Howard may be in attendance to observe the Board Meeting. If there are more than three Commission members present from the Town and Village, this may create a quorum. Such a quorum is unintended, and the non-members are not meeting for the purpose of exercising the responsibility, authority, power, or duties of any other Board or Commission.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Town of Howard
Sealed bids for 20ft. wide x approximately 4015 ft. long on 40th St. north of 90th Ave. south to 82nd Ave. Marks on road. Add 2” 1 ¼ course base course. Grind road. Salvage base on hill. Cut hill-move to bottom. Remove stumps. Cut bank on west side to road ROW. Move material to bottom of hill, straighten and widen road. Replace salvaged base course. Cut new ditch on west side. 1 new driveway on west side. Replace and repair driveway east side. Grade, compact and pave 2” compacted bituminous 20 ft. wide. Shoulders 2 ft. wide 1 ¼ course base. Contractor is responsible for traffic and erosion control. Proof of insurance to be provided by winning bidder.
