Resolution to Enact a Subdivision Moratorium

Whereas, the Town of Howard enacted a subdivision ordinance,

And Whereas, parts of the subdivision ordinance have created confusion,

And Whereas, it has become necessary that the subdivision ordinance be clarified and updated and rewritten,

Now therefore be it resolved that, the Town of Howard enacts a subdivision moratorium until such time as a new subdivision ordinance is completed and adopted. This moratorium does not include land divisions under Chapter 13.
